  • Property MUST Include A Convenience Store, Car Wash etc., (no stand alone gas stations)
  • 3 Years of Property Income Statements MUST Support Cash Flow Requirements For Program.
  • 90% CLTV on Purchases Requires a 10% Seller Carry Back Financing
